- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if necessary).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Change of mind or unwanted items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Returns requested after the 14-day window
